Scoil Mhuire in Ballyhooly have announced that celebrity chefs Martin Shanahan and Kevin Dundon will feature at their cookery demonstration in the Corrin Event Centre, Fermoy on Thursday, November 24th from 7pm.
A native of Fermoy, Martin is one of Ireland’s leading chefs and owns the dedicated seafood café Fishy Fishy, in Kinsale. Kevin Dundon is also a signature chef and owner of Dunbrody Country House Hotel in County Wexford. Both Martin and Kevin have appeared in a series of successful television programmes and are the authors of a number of gourmet cookery books.
Organisers of the event say a marvellous night is guaranteed. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse the wide range of craft and food stalls that will be on display on the night.
Calor has kindly sponsored the gas for the demonstration, while proceeds on the night will go towards Scoil Mhuire, Ballyhooly, as it continues a proud tradition of education and community involvement.
