Taking place on Saturday, 5th August, organisers of the Mitchelstown Busking Festival 2023 are inviting musicians to join in the festival atmosphere and play live music on the streets.
2019 saw the last Busking festival held in the town, where Mayo’s Billow Wood walked away with the ‘Indie Spot 2019’ prize, meaning they would play the next year’s festival … which in this case, for reasons that don’t need to be repeated, meant 2022!
The band have continued their road to success, recently returning from a 41-concert tour that took in Belgium, Switzerland and Germany.
