Bartlemy Hall was the focal point for last weekend’s very successful and well supported harvest festival. A new departure for organisers, the event kicked off on Friday night with bingo.
Bingo is the most accessible of pursuits and this was reflected in the capacity attendance. Una Finn was charged with calling the numbers and did a first rate job. This role isn’t as straightforward as it seems and being too fast or too slow will cause problems.
Having had plenty of time to fine tune her performance, Una’s delivery was spot on – so well done to her.
