Ballyduff part of GAA’s World Games

Ballyduff Upper in county Waterford played its part in this year’s GAA World Games by hosting 2 visiting clubs – Philadelphia Hurling Club and Ottawa Gaels Ladies Football Club. 

Locals rolled out the red (and white) carpet for the good natured visitors, who were looking forward to competing in the games.

Speaking to The Avondhu, Philadelphia captain, Christian Slater said the entire experience had been ‘awesome’.
