Well done to Gemma Kent from Caherdrinna who, having completed her Leaving Cert in June 2015 at Presentation Secondary School, Mitchelstown last Saturday received an All Ireland Scholarship Award sponsored by JP McManus in recognition of her high achievement in the exam.

The ceremony took place in the University of Limerick. AP McCoy was guest speaker and Minister for Education and Skills Jan O’Sullivan TD, Dr Stephen Farry MLA (Minister for Employment and Learning in the North) were also in attendance.
