Works are expected to commence on site at the Crann Ard housing development in Fermoy in Q3 of 2025, according to Cork County Council’s Housing Department.
A progress report on the development was sought this week, as Cllr William O’Leary tabled a motion on the matter.
“I know this comes up time and time again and we always ask the same question, but the same question is being asked of us as well in terms of trying to get answers,” Cllr O’Leary said.
