A planning application, seeking the development of 74 houses in Watergrasshill has been submitted to Cork County Council.
Vincentia Investments Limited, the applicant, is seeking to develop the residential units in the Bishop’s Island area of the village, near the existing ‘Orchard’ estate on the R639 heading towards Cork.
The proposal is currently at the pre-validation stage and consists of a variety of units including detached, semi-detached, terraced and apartment units.
