U10

Last Sunday, March 10 we hosted our near neighbours Cois Bhride, in the second leg of the Western Football League. It was a closely fought contest with some great passages of play displayed by Ballyduff with some good scores picked off.

Cois Bhride took their scoring opportunities too, leaving both sides battling hard. Despite the wintry conditions, Cathal Murphy and Quentin Joyce worked tirelessly and never refused to let go the grip of the game. This was a tough second leg round, but Ballyduff gave a great team display.

The league continues with an away game to Cappoquin on March 24, home game again for us on March 31 against Abbeyside B and our final leg is away to Brickies on April 7 (all games start at 11am unless you hear otherwise from the coaches). Training each Tuesday at 7.15pm

U10 Panel: David Barry, Brian Daly, Florence Flynn, Jack Keating, Patrick McCarthy, Cathal Murphy, Fionnan Walsh, Matthew Bolger, Seamus Branagh, Tony Browne, Paul Carroll, James Flynn, Carthach Hickey, Ryan Heise and Quentin Joyce.

ST PATRICK'S DAY PARADE

Once again the juvenile club will participate in the annual Cappoquin St Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday, March 17. This event has always proven to be very popular with the juvenile members, so we would ask as many of them as possible to participate and join in the fun!! The coaches will have full details at all the training sessions.
