Videos of a student at Coláiste an Chraoibhín in Fermoy being assaulted and punched in the face, forced to kneel and kiss the fist of their tormentors, and being threatened with death, have been circulated on social media channels including TikTok and Snapchat.
In videos seen by The Avondhu, a student is told “I’ll f**king kill you” by two attackers, before being punched in the face while he kneels on the ground. In another clip, the student is also seen kneeling and is being forced to kiss the fist of the bully as a large circle of other students look on.
A relative of the victim of bullying seen in the videos, who wishes to remain nameless, said the incidents were filmed two weeks ago and have been widely shared by students on social media.
