A family syndicate from Tipperary claimed a EuroMillions plus prize of €500,000 at National Lottery offices in Dublin on Monday. The delighted family, who wish to remain private, are regular players of the EuroMillions game.

“We have no plans to spend the winnings, but we are really looking forward to thinking about how we might spend the €500,000,” said one of the lucky group.

The lucky €9 Quick Pick ticket was purchased in Ladrigans, Abbey Street, Cahir on the day of the draw. Let’s hope the luck in cahir will travel down the M8 and stop off somewhere in The Avondhu catchment area.
