With housing still such a huge issue ‘on the doorsteps’, it was easy to understand the enthusiasm of new T.D. and former councillor, Noel McCarthy, when he visited ‘Glenwood’, Strawhall, Fermoy this week.

“It’s a very important development on a near perfect site, these are outstanding houses and great credit is due to Bridgewater Homes for their professionalism and expertise. The standard of the finish is excellent and I’ve no doubt, there will be huge demand for this much needed development,” Deputy McCarthy told The Avondhu, during a tour of the attractive estate.

He was joined by directors of Bridgewater Homes, David Walsh and Paul Barrett, along with an increasingly busy Donal Barry, who represents Sherry Fitzgerald O’Donovan.
