The Corpse Bride in Tallow this weekend

The Everglott family set for Tallow - Amy O'Brien (Victoria) with her on-stage parents, Tomás Roche and Michelle O'Keeffe McCarthy, joined by their maid (Helen Aherne) and their Butler (John Cullinane).

Brideview Drama’s production of ‘The Corpse Bride’ opens this weekend in Tallow Community Centre with a performance on Saturday, 4th November and Sunday, 5th November to kick off a seven-show run.

This spectacular production is a feast for the eyes and the ears and will have you clapping, screaming, laughing, jumping and sitting in pure anticipation to see what’s coming next. There is a wonderful combination of acting, comedy, dance, singing and lots of special effects. The fast-paced show has a cast of 40 with all your favourite local actors appearing to entertain you, as well as many new faces who will tread the boards of the Tallow stage.

The show tells the tale of Victor Van Dort who is engaged to be married to a girl he has never met, Victoria Everglott. At the wedding rehearsal he makes a lot of boo-boos and gets a serious warning from Pastor Allswell to ‘Learn Your Vows’.
