A special gathering was held on Tuesday morning in Ballygiblin National School, where students were dressed in their best red and white finery ahead of this weekend’s All-Ireland club hurling final, to enjoy a celebratory occasion with music, comedy sketches, and a Q&A with local player, Mark Keane.

With the assembly hall bedecked in jerseys and mascots, the school came together to kick off with a self-penned sketch from students Ben Moher, Ted Brennan and Luke Sheehy.

With animation, the boys entertained the whole audience, both young and old.
