This year’s North Cork Classical Music series gets under way with an afternoon concert on Sunday, April 15 with the Shandon String Quartet, the venue – the Village Arts Centre, Kilworth.
The quartet made up of Siun Milne (violin), Brendan Garde (violin), David Kenny (viola) and Aoife Burke (cello) will present an interesting programme as part of the Spring String Quartet series.
The programme includes: Haydn’s quartet in C major Op.76 No 3 ‘Emperor’, Raymond Deane ‘Embers’ and Schumann Quartet in A major Op.41 No 3.
