St. Michael’s NS celebrates its 50th anniversary

Friday last, 29th May, was a significant date for St. Michael’s National School in Ballyduff Upper, Co Waterford, as this important educational hub celebrated its 50th anniversary.

The current building replaced the old school which still stands in the village today. Half a century on, Scoil Naomh Mhichíl, named after the region’s patron saint, is a vibrant seat of learning that parents and teachers are very proud of.

Set in extensive grounds, the school boasts excellent facilities and has a well-deserved reputation for educational excellence.
