Residents ‘disappointed’ as calls continue for road repairs

Roads at Coom were described as in 'shocking' condition and are allegedly causing damage to cars.

Coom locals claim that they have received ‘no contact’ from councillors, TDs or Cork County Council in relation to road conditions in the area.

This comes as residents have outlined the condition of roads in the area, near Glenville, where issues with potholes, sliding road edges, surface water, etc have been highlighted.

Residents had hoped to see the road tarred and resurfaced, however, are still awaiting the significant works needed on their local roads.
