
A fall off in volunteers is threatening the future of a local group whose efforts have helped transform the surroundings of Old Kilcrumper Graveyard, outside Fermoy.
Set up 8 years ago, The Friends of Old Kilcrumper Graveyard have done Trojan work over that time and are appealing for help to keep the project going. Presently, the graveyard looks really well, however, there is an urgent need for additional volunteers.
Speaking to The Avondhu this week, a spokesperson for the group said it would be a pity to see their work undone.
