Canopies and picnic benches are to be situated in the towns of Fermoy and Mitchelstown for the summer months, in order to facilitate outdoor socialising under Cork County Council’s Project ACT initiative.

In Mitchelstown two awnings are to be placed in the Market Square, while in Fermoy, one of the awnings will be located at Ashe Quay – the location of the second is yet to be confirmed.
