The tractor run that took place in Anglesboro on December 27 proved to be another great organisational and financial success. 

That time of the year is quiet on Irish farms which 'frees up' the Massey Fergusons and John Deeres for tractor run duty.

At this stage, it's a traditional and much anticipated event in the south Limerick village – it's also a relatively painless way of raising funds. 

As is always the case, there are plenty of organisations in need of a few quid and on this occasion …
