A new visitor magazine, aimed at inbound and domestic tourists, has been launched at Cork Airport.

The free magazine is available to pick up at Cork Airport and at selected local hotels and tourist information offices around Cork city ahead of the summer season.

Published by Mara Media, ‘Due South’ is an extensive, 62-page publication that showcases the best of what Cork and Munster has to offer inbound visitors arriving into Cork Airport from the UK, Continental Europe and further afield. From stunning seaside towns and villages to the delectable and diverse local food offering, the magazine highlights Cork, and the South of Ireland as historical, cultural, scenic, and a gastronomic paradise.

Cork Airport is the southern gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way and Ireland’s Ancient East and the magazine is jam-packed with recommendations of things to see and do, attractions to visit, and places to stay.

Barry Holland, Communications Manager at Cork Airport said: “Inbound tourism is a key part of our business and ahead of the busy summer, visitors arriving at Cork Airport will have the opportunity to pick up a copy of “Due South”. It is a fantastic publication, and I have no doubt that it will prove extremely popular with visitors this summer. I would like to thank Hugh, Noreen and all the team at Mara Media for their fantastic collaboration and work in delivering this publication.”
