Up to now, the centre has got by with a modest catering facility, however, following a review by proprietor, Tom O’Flynn and those who assist with the running of T.O. Park, it was agreed that a refurbishment was necessary.

Park supporter, Peggy Ryan-Murray, who said it was a great honour to be asked. There was a parade to the kitchen led by local piper, Kathleen Fitzgerald and a formal blessing by Fr. Tom Breen.
