Planning permission has been granted to Ballyduff Muintir Na Tire for the development of a new community building consisting of a shop and café, general purpose and meeting area, and gym.
Plans for the development were submitted to Waterford City and County Council in July for the change of use of what was previously a general storage building known locally as McCarthy’s Storehouse located at Ballinlevane East on the Fermoy approach to the village.
