A major initiative designed in collaboration with Perceptive Insight and Grant Thornton, seeking to capture the experiences, challenges and opportunities of those working across the Irish racing industry.
HRI Equuip is running a National Workforce Survey and invites participation from individuals across all roles in Irish racing (stable staff, trainers, jockeys, breeders, racecourse staff, administration, media, etc.) to shed light on key areas such as wages, working patterns, career pathways, and overall job satisfaction.
All responses are fully confidential and anonymised, ensuring participants can provide honest and valuable feedback that will help shape future policies and supports. The findings will play a critical role in informing ongoing industry development, helping to strengthen recruitment, retention and career progression within Irish racing.
