A Mitchelstown man was attacked by a fox in his backyard at his home in James’s Street last weekend – and it wasn’t the first time the fox has been on the attack.
Martin Roche wrestled with the fox last Saturday, as he tried desperately to save his poultry from the predator but the fox kept charging at him, biting a large chunk from his coat.
