Minister of State Sean Sherlock has said he will continue to work towards a resolution surrounding the long-standing Dun Eala estate in Fermoy, calling upon local councillors to apply pressure to bring about a meeting between Cork County Council and Brompton Homes Ltd.
A recent court order by An Bord Pleanala gave Cork County Council (CCC) and Brompton Homes Ltd 16 weeks to organise a meeting together and implement the outstanding construction works.
"FRUSTRATED"
In a statement to The Avondhu this week, Minister Sherlock voiced his frustration that the issues regarding Dun Eala were not yet resolved. “I am as frustrated about this issue as everybody and I will continue to work towards a resolution.
