
Many families arrived with their children to Loreto Secondary School in Fermoy last Thursday for the 2025 open night, as the school opened its doors to showcase what the second level educational institute has to offer.
Greeting the crowds upon entry was Loreto principal, Orla Forde, and vice principal, Trevor Franks, along with a handful of Loreto Secondary School students, who gave a tour of the Fermoy facility to the groups of parents and prospective students.
The Loreto students showed families around, showcasing the different science labs across the school, as well as the Irish and French classes, the politics class noting their debating club, the canteen and even a relaxation classroom for students to unwind, as well as many other facilities across the school premises.
