Students from the Loreto in Fermoy, Coláiste an Chroí Naofa in Carrignavar and Glanmire Community College were among the 18 Cork students awarded funding from the JP McManus Scholarship Programme for third level education recently.
Marguerite Cotter from the Loreto, Aisling Murphy from the Carrignavar school and Brian O'Flynn from the Glanmire college were presented with their awards by Finance Minister Michael Noonan at a ceremony in the University of Limerick.
