The Kerrygold plant in Mitchelstown on the Castlefarm site bringing over 50 new jobs to Mitchelstown is set to open in September.
The plant is currently in the ‘commissioning phase’, as everything is being checked and tested before the plant is due to open.
The €36 million development will be home to a new product development, innovation and customer centre.
This centre will be used to showcase the Kerrygold brand to new and existing customers from around the world.
