Kildorrery native and dedicated athlete, Louise Mullins has added another notch to her belt, after being selected by Athletics Ireland to join the Irish team in the U17 England AA championships, which were held last weekend in Birmingham.
Speaking with The Avondhu this week, her father Tom said how the Presentation Secondary School student was ‘delighted’ with the success.
While maintaining she was the only athlete in the family, he and Louise’s twin sister, Sinead, travelled to Birmingham to watch her compete.
