Exciting things are happening in Fermoy, culture-wise, over the next few months as a new pop-up Project Gallery will be hosted at the popular Blackwater Valley Makers premises.
Fermoy is already noted for its cultural diversity, community choirs, writers, artists and craftspeople, as well as a really interesting range of independent shops and cafes. The new pop-up Project Gallery is now expected to add to this offering in the heart of the historic town, located at 12 MacCurtain Street.
Suzanne O’Sullivan, artistic director and founding member of the Blackwater Valley Makers, explained how the new space came about.
