Indiependence Music and Arts Festival delivered another outstanding event over the bank holiday weekend for the capacity crowd of almost 12,000.

Having evolved from a free concert in the town's New Square to an open-air event hosting an array of national and international acts, the festival, in its 13th year, hosted bands on two main stages with other smaller venues and DJ tents placed across the Deer Park Farm site.

Scottish rock band Primal Scream closed the festival on the main stage on Sunday night, supported brilliantly by Hudson Taylor, Cast and Le Galaxie who performed on the Imro Big Top Stage.
