The institution that is Tallow Horse Fair returned to its west Waterford base on Monday last.
For stall holders, that meant being in Tallow on Sunday afternoon to select a prime and profitable spot.
Monday morning dawned promising enough for this popular event, however, it didn’t take long for rain clouds to gather and fair goers had to contend with frequent heavy showers.
