Some well-groomed and fit looking horses were pressed into service last Sunday to raise funds for Faith Browne – a young girl from Castletownroche who requires some very specialised treatment.
Dave Hogan and his organising committee put in a huge effort preparing the run and were rewarded when carriage owners from all over Cork and Waterford assembled in Castletownroche GAA grounds last Sunday morning.
The event was well stewarded throughout and participants enjoyed an incident-free run that was held in near perfect conditions.
Dave said he was delighted with the level of support this fundraiser received and he thanked all those who took part or who contributed in any way.
