Killavullen's senior citizens' party took place in the local community centre last Friday night.
There was a fine crowd in attendance and the event was very well organised by Killavullen Community Council.
One of the organising committee, community council chairperson Rose Ann Looney, said there is always a lot of goodwill towards the party and she made a special point of thanking the hardworking kitchen staff who looked after the all-important catering side of things.
