All this week, thousands of people from over 70 countries have been attending the 29th World Buiatrics Congress (WBC) in Dublin, the first time the biennial congress has been staged in Ireland since 1986.

The chairperson of the Executive Committee in 1986 was Fermoy’s Kevin O’Farrell who is presently serving as the Secretary General of the 2016 Organising Committee.
