The potential for Mitchelstown Leisure Centre to become an entertainment centre for the region became a reality this week.
This follows the installation of theatre seating for an audience of 500 and a stage capable of accommodating major touring companies.
“This really is a game changer for Mitchelstown”, according to chairperson Ben Lynch. “It will transform MLC from being primarily for those involved in sport and fitness, to being a true community facility.”
