DS Automobiles Ireland this week marked a significant milestone in its journey with the Irish debut of two new models: the all-new DS N°8 flagship and the highly anticipated DS N°4 premium hatchback.
Presented to the Irish motoring press at Marlfield House, both models showcase the brand’s commitment to innovation, refinement and electrified performance, while embodying the signature DS philosophy of the French Art of Travel.

DS N°8: A NEW FLAGSHIP FOR ELECTRIC TRAVEL
The new DS N°8 introduces a bold new era for the brand as its flagship 100% electric SUV coupé. Combining striking design with long-range capability, it offers up to 750km (WLTP), placing it among the leaders in electric mobility.
With its sculpted, aerodynamic silhouette (Cd 0.24), DS N°8 delivers both efficiency and presence. Signature elements such as the DS LUMINASCREEN grille and DS LIGHTBLADE lighting create a distinctive identity, while flush door handles and flowing lines enhance its modern design.
Inside, DS N°8 offers a serene, high-end environment crafted with premium materials including Nappa leather and Alcantara®. Comfort is prioritised through:

Electric Performance
DS N°8 is available with three fully electric powertrains:
- FWD 230hp (Standard Range) – up to 550km
- FWD 245hp (Long Range) – up to 750km
- AWD 350hp (Long Range) – enhanced performance and traction
Fast charging allows up to 200km of range in just 10 minutes, with a 20–80% charge achievable in approximately 27 minutes.
Technologies including DS DRIVE ASSIST 2.0, EV Routing and DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION ensure a smooth, intelligent and refined driving experience across Irish road conditions.
DS N°4: PREMIUM COMPACT, REDEFINED
Joining the range is the new DS N°4, a premium compact hatchback that blends elegance, advanced technology and electrified efficiency.
With a bold new front design featuring an illuminated grille and distinctive light signature, DS N°4 asserts a strong presence in the segment. Its proportions (4.40m long) and sculpted lines combine athleticism with refinement.
A Refined Interior
The cabin reflects DS Automobiles’ craftsmanship, with signature details such as pearl stitching, Clous de Paris finishes and high-quality materials throughout.
