There has been widespread publicity of the wedding last Saturday of Dervla Burke, one-third of the popular pop group Crystal Swing from Lisgoold.

She walked down the aisle in her local church St John the Baptist, before festivities commenced at the Midleton Park Hotel. The lucky man was farmer Tim O’Connor from Ballyvodac near Midleton.
