West Waterford Councillor John Pratt has contacted the HSE requesting a Covid-19 test centre for the west of the county.
According to the Tallow native, he has received numerous phone calls from people in the area seeking a nearby test centre.
“People have to go all the way to the city at the moment for a test, and there should be somewhere locally doing testing,” he said.
For Tallow and Lismore locals, this means over an hour's drive to go take a test …
