The calls for CCTV to be installed at bring-sites have been extended again, as Rathcormac has been targeted by those illegally dumping, not for the first time.
Cllr William O’Leary, who has called out those dumping at the local bring site, has branded the culprits as ‘wasters’, ‘lowlifes’, and ‘idiots’, having come across the scene last week where the bring-site was visibly littered with unwanted items.
Images shared by the councillor showed DVDs, kitchenware, cardboard boxes, plastic bags, a tub of cement and concrete blocks dumped at the amenity.
