The members of the CBS Secondary School Parents’ Council, Mitchelstown were overwhelmed with the generosity of people, as their recent fundraiser was extremely well supported.
Mary Rea was the lucky winner of a trolley full of groceries, sponsored by the parents’ council, while Nellie Butler and Caroline White both won spot prizes, sponsored by Farrell’s SuperValu.
The parents’ council thanked SuperValu for their support, the parents and all those who supported the raffle and everyone who helped out in any way.
The money raised will go towards upgrading the computers in the school and all contributions were very much appreciated.
