Brideview Utd begin rebuilding works

Works have begun to rebuild the clubhouse for Brideview United FC in Tallow. Last week, the positive news emerged that that local construction worker Aidan Ryan had secured the contract and works had begun on site.

Club Chairman Michael Curley, said that recent events have been ‘a light at the end of the tunnell’ after what has been a difficult time for the club.

Works on a new clubhouse facility follow a devastating fire that destroyed the home of Brideview United in the Townparks East area of Tallow in May of last year.

At the time, Mr Curley described it as one of ‘the club’s darkest days’.
