After months of hard work it’s great when things ‘go right on the night’ as they say, well last Friday night was one of those truly history-making moments.
The Night At The Oskars in Rochestown Park Hotel was an outstanding occasion, not alone for the Bride Rovers GAA Club, but for the entire community of Bartlemy, Kildinan and Rathcormac.
If the two months of rehearsals and fundraising were fun filled, busy, manic and so much craic, well then Friday night was just something else. Never before had Bride Rovers undertaken such an ambitious project as this and admittedly, we were originally full of trepidation.
