An array of spooky characters were on duty last weekend for Hallowe’en related activities.

Shops also entered into the ‘spirit’ of things with Batavia Furniture & Gift Gallery, Fermoy hosting a Trick or Treat Party in aid of Temple Street, Children’s Hospital.

The afternoon was a great success with a range of refreshments laid on for visitors, who included, family, neighbours, friends and regular patrons of Batavia. Batavia is one of the few retail outlets still collecting coppers for Temple Street.
