Should you be in Cork city before August 29, why not take in an art and photograhic exhibition by the well known Cork men, Morgan O’Neill and John F Long.

‘Imagination and Inspiration’ is the title of the exhibition which is presently running in The Gallery at Bishopstown Library in Wilton Shopping Centre.

John, who was born in 1942, studied art and architecture in the Cork School of Art in the late 50s/early 60s. Over a broad period of years, his paintings have found homes in private collections in such places as New York, London, Hong Kong and Perth.

Morgan (50) is a an award-winning creative photographer based in the city, producing dynamic, vibrant and stylish imagery that aims to catch the eye and engage the viewer.

The exhibition was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr Catherine Clancy on Aug 6 and it runs until the 29th.
