A free seminar on brain health hosted by the North Cork Dementia Alliance (formerly known as the Crystal Project Mallow) will take place in Millennium Hall, Cork City Hall on Monday evening May 15th. The ‘Brain Health’ seminar, with special guest speaker Dr Sabina Brennan, is open to anyone aged 18+ who is interested in optimising their brain health.
Dr Brennan is an accomplished, inspiring and entertaining motivational speaker who specialises in translating complex, cutting-edge, neuroscience into everyday language to show how anyone can harness their brain power to navigate challenge, build resilience and optimise performance. This is an evening not be missed as Dr Sabina Brennan is on a mission to help people unleash their super brain.
Sheena Cadoo, HSE Occupational Therapist with the North Cork Dementia Alliance, says: “We are very excited to welcome Dr Sabina Brennan to Cork and this Brain Health Seminar will provide us with a fantastic opportunity to learn new ways in which to unleash our brains potential, keep our brains active and healthy. I would like to acknowledge the support of the Cork North Community Work Department in organising this event. The seminar is open to anyone who would like to learn more about optimising their brain health.”
