‘Inclusive’ rather than ‘exclusive’ byword of Fermoy Men’s Club
With the musical 'Raise Your Voice' now just a week away, rehearsals by Transition Year students from the Loreto and St Colman's College in Fermoy are gearing up.
The musical, based on the enduringly-popular 'Sister Act' is being staged for three nights, next Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 14th-16th at Fermoy Community Youth Centre's Palace Theatre. There'll also be a matinee on Sunday afternoon, November 17th.
Valerie O'Leary is the director, putting the young cast through their paces with the help of Tim Fouhy and Deirdre Foley, musical directors.
Amy Sheehan is in charge of choreography for the lively production of this humorous and well loved show which promises to be just the antidote to these dull November days.
Tickets are available from the Book Shop, Pearse Square in Fermoy and from the Loreto from 11.15 to 11.30am daily and 1.00pm to 1.30pm.
