Alison Bergin to row for Ireland at 2024 Paris Olympics

Alison Bergin, a native of Kildinan, has been named amongst the Rowing Ireland official selection to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The Fermoy Rowing Club member will be competing in the Women’s Double Sculls alongside Tralee Rowing Club member, Zoe Hyde.

Last week, the Olympic Federation of Ireland announced its official selection of the rowing team to compete in Paris this summer, with rowing events to take place in Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium, to the southeast of the city, running from July 27 until August 2.
