“It’s a sad day for everyone, for all of the families,” Cllr Seamus O’Donnell of the Dungarvan Lismore District said on Monday, as he requested that a vote of sympathy be extended to the victims of the Creeslough tragedy and the affected community.
An explosion at a service station in Creeslough, Co. Donegal tragically claimed the lives of 10 people on Friday afternoon last, those who perished ranging in age from 5 to 59.
This week, funerals for the victims began taking place on Tuesday, while vigils of remembrance have taken place across the country.
