On Monday evening last a several hundred strong crowd made their way to Coláiste an Chraoibhín, Fermoy for the school’s annual open night.

In recent years, Coláiste an Chraoibhín has experienced a surge in student numbers – much of which can be credited to the regime overseen by principal, Christy Healy and his staff.

With ever increasing numbers, the school had a very strong case to put to the Department of Education for an extension, which was duly granted.

Monday night last was an opportunity to showcase what has underpinned the Coláiste success story and it didn’t take long for visitors to appreciate the effort, energy and enthusiasm that continues to drive this school forward.
